If you have a maintenance emergency that requires immediate attention after hours and on weekends, call our 24/7 emergency maintenance line (928) 770-5590.
For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 immediately.

Important:

Repairs caused by misuse or negligence by the resident may result in charges for labor and materials.
This includes damage from improper use or plumbing clogs caused by inappropriate items being flushed or drained.

Release of Key to the Vendor

You may authorize our trusted, licensed, bonded and insured vendors to check out a key from our office to complete necessary repairs if you are not able to align your schedule with the vendor’s.
If you choose not to authorize a key release, you will need to be available to provide the vendor access.
Failure to provide access may result in a trip charge and/or lease breach fee.

Submit Your Notice to Vacate

Planning to move out? Use your portal to give official notice. It’s quick, easy, and keeps everything documented. This can be found under the “Contact Us” tab in your portal!
