Simply click the link below, sign in to your portal and submit a maintenance request so that we can address your maintenance issue.

If it is an emergency that requires immediate attention, please call (928) 770 - 5590.

If this is a life threatening emergency call 911 immediately.

Important

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you may be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. This can include damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse .

Release of Key

You may give permission for our vendors to check out a key from our office to perform maintenance. If you choose not to authorize a key release, you will need to be available to provide the vendor access to the property. Please note that failure to provide access may result in a lease breach fee and a trip charge from the vendor.
