If a Resident does not submit their rent payment on time, we provide them with a 5-Day Notice to Pay or Quit. Should this happen, our dedicated Bookkeeper will guide you through the process, exploring all available options. In the worst case, if a Resident stops paying rent, we’ll assist you with the eviction process and work swiftly to re-rent the property.
We make paying rent easy for Residents with an online portal that can be accessed 24/7. By encouraging online payments, we can pay you faster, keeping the process efficient.
Per our lease, rent is due on the first day of every month and considered late on the second. We ensure all new Residents fully understand this policy, preventing any confusion or issues down the road.
