Every home we manage is brought to our Rentable Condition standard before a resident moves in. We inspect at move-in, twice during the lease, and at move-out, with photos posted to your owner portal so you can see the condition for yourself.

Residents are screened for income, rental history, credit, and background before approval. Rent is collected online through your owner portal and sent to you each month.

Am I Following Arizona Law?
Leases, notices, security deposits, and move-outs are handled according to the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act and fair housing law, by a licensed Arizona brokerage that has managed rentals across the Quad-Cities since 2013.
